I also agree with Jennifer Grant, I wouldn't even given it a 1 star but had too put something, our experience was horrible, ( and still on going) we moved from manitoba back in August last year, we definitely were not told about the issue that had occurred,the I forgot doesn't work with us, (we have in text messages) it was our money,not hers to make the decision not to notify our realtor on the problems that had occurred. This realtor failed to disclose a material latent defect to our home. As the listing agent, she was notified by her client regarding a significant leak and failed to disclose this information to our agent. The leak was prior to our contract being unconditional and essentially made a very costly decision on our behalf and without our consent.
