I have been seeing Dr. Baggott for a number of years, She is a pleasure! She is thorough and clear on her findings, proactive. She is always pleasant and assists me with other affiliates when needed.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews especially as I am always treated well by Dr. Baggott. With that being said, I just called the office for help with a prescription and was treated extremely rudely by a woman named Terry. I asked basic questions as I was confused and haven’t heard of the answers she gave ever and she was extremely rude to me. I am a patient that is paying this office money and don’t think it’s ok to be treated in a nasty way by anyone.

Annette is extremely professional and friendly. As a new patient I had to wait to be seen but once I was in I was very satisfied. The staff is great. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. I’m always in and out but never feel rushed. Very happy that I made the switch to this office/doctor.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I was a new patient. I booked the appointment 2 months in advance. I received emails and texts to fill out forms and confirm my appointment. Each message I received from them stated I was a new patient. I received a phone call 2 days before my appointment and they had to cancel because they didn’t realize I was a new patient and there wasn’t enough time to see me.
