Annette is extremely professional and friendly. As a new patient I had to wait to be seen but once I was in I was very satisfied. The staff is great. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. I’m always in and out but never feel rushed. Very happy that I made the switch to this office/doctor.
I wish I could leave zero stars. I was a new patient. I booked the appointment 2 months in advance. I received emails and texts to fill out forms and confirm my appointment. Each message I received from them stated I was a new patient. I received a phone call 2 days before my appointment and they had to cancel because they didn’t realize I was a new patient and there wasn’t enough time to see me. I don’t normally leave reviews this is very unfortunate because this gynecologist specifically delivered me 27 years ago- BUT I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!! I am so disappointed with the service. If only I could give zero star, I would. I was expecting good since she's a female she would understand women. I shared with her that it was my first time to have a check here, and I was shy a bit, and I really didn't know how to react, but she says no your not shy."
