Everyone is super friendly. Nice local gym.
Highly recommend. I tried this aquatic Center out when I was working in the area, I have a fitness passport and was happy that they accepted this at their facility. The reception staff were very kind and helpful and even showed me where everything was which I thought was a rather lovely welcoming. On my first day I used the lap pool which was the perfect temperature and not overly chlorinated like some of the other pools I have been to in my work travels. I train at the gym upstairs and honestly it has the best vibe. The layout is excellent, the space is always clean and there’s a real sense of community which I love. The staff are super friendly from the moment you walk in at the door to when you leave. Not only are they supportive, encouraging, their communication is clear and concise and you're never left in the dark about anything gym/equipment related. Used to train there but stopped purely because of the aircon system which is the worst I’ve ever experienced! Sitting on machines is not pleasant when you have a cyclonic wind blowing directly on you! The machines need upgrading! There were quite a few of complaints by people to the management and they blame council for not fixing the aircon system! I know of a couple of people who stopped training there for that reason ! The lady Natalie at the front desk is so rude and verbally aggressive. I'm beside myself how she has a job. Natalie get some manners !! Your behaviour is disgraceful
