I've been a member for 5 years and I really like the gym and pool areas. Accessibility is also a strong point.
We love coming to Annette Kellerman, Michelle is always so lovely and is great at what she does, it’s comforting knowing we have such great life guards watching over😊
During my recent visit to the centre, I found Michelle’s attitude toward customers to be extremely disappointing. Her manner was abrupt, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy. Rather than attempting to assist or understand the situation, she appeared uninterested in helping and showed little empathy toward customers.
