Annette canceled my policy costing me severely in state penalties. Called from the airport and let them know we were leaving the country and we were not renewing our policy and going with a new company. We had about 6 days left on the policy when she dropped us. We then had penalties from the state for having a lapse in our coverage. Will never deal with her or State Farm again.

Where is Adrianna?? Seems to me that this branch has gone down tremendously since Adrianna has been gone. The customer service is awful. Staff doesn’t seem to have the drive or motivation to speak with customers in a positive polite manner. Just seems that they in the office doing whatever it is they do, but when customers call (me) it seems as though I’m interrupting.
