I was reluctant to have surgery and wanted to make sure I found a board certified hand surgeon that made me feel comfortable proceeding with surgery. I met with Dr. Billings and in a brief office visit I knew I found my surgeon. Dr. Billings is so knowledgeable and confident that I did not hesitate to schedule surgery. what a waste of time. I called last week to make an appointment with Dr. Billings and spoke to the front desk. I booked an appointment and then I asked the front desk person to check and confirm my insurance coverage. I gave her my insurance information I have Blue Shield Silver PPO when I got to office and filled out my paperwork Gave her my insurance card and they told me that they do not take my insurance Because it is a plan through covered California, even though it is a blue Shield PPO. Dr. Billing’s office is composed of exceptional individuals who are knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. It’s one of a very few offices that makes you feel at ease when you first walk in. Everyone is helpful and friendly. As for Dr. Billings, she is soft spoken, warm and excels in her field.
