Unfortunately, while she was very nice in our initial meeting, I requested a refill of my medication in two separate portal messages about a month ago and didn't hear back. I was luckily able to find a more communicative psych NP but I would not recommend going here due to poor follow-up and communication.
My daughter was hospitalized in February of this year. At discharged, we were given Annet as someone who could provide us with medication management. At our initial zoom meeting, Annet presented herself in a very warm and caring manner. We were told that she was part of Global Behavioral Healthcare, LLC. We had two consultations with her, via zoom. I've been working with Dr. Kabuusu for several months and she has helped me immensely. Since day one I have felt genuinely cared for. She has gone out of her way on several occasions to check in on me (even after hours) when I've started a new medication or changed doses to make sure I'm feeling okay.
