My mom was diagnosed with Supra nuclear palsy by Dr Falchook several years ago and has since passed bit took he two weeks to diagnose her while I spent two years with Tallahasse doctors trying to figure it out. I don't know that I ever got to thank this kind and caring sole. I am grateful our paths crossed even though it was with such consequences. Thank you ma'am. Cal Thomas

Tried to ask important question about my husband who has Alzheimer’s. The scheduler Was the coldest, unsympathetic person I have ever had conversation with. We have been associated with this practice for 15 years mainly with Dr. Adam Falchook . I feel that my concern was treated as an annoyance. Dr Annette Falchook couldn’t be bothered to speak to me. What a shame medicine has deteriorated to this extent

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Falchook. She's such a wonderful Doctor I've recommended her to all of my family and friends.
