Great office- Dr Flanagan wonder- however reception staff when on the phone, (checkout) don't pay to much attention to patients- allow others to just walk right up after patients have been waiting like they don't have to pay for parking as well! to check out. Then proceed when corrected to get an attitude. If it was not for the doctor being excellent, I would not return!
Had a small procedure done on my eye. They were nice,quick,efficient and had me on my way in a few minutes.
I couldn't be happier with the level of expertise Dr. Penne performed with. I am less happy with the scheduling staff. I wasn't notified (to me, my husband or listed on my post op paperwork) of my post op appointment after my surgery. When I tried to get help with this matter I didn't feel listened too. To top it all off, when they finally scheduled me, it was after my post op period ended and I was responsible for copays (which should have been covered under my operative care costs.
