Very professional and does a great job on my double coated Aussie mix. He is always so happy after his appointment and looks and smells great. His coat can be tricky to groom and keep neat, Anne made sure to reach out for clarification when she wasn't sure what I was wanting done because I asked for something different than his usual de-shed treatment. Can't say enough good things about this place or these groomers!
