Used to love them. Now they just talk crap in Spanish with you sitting right in front of them, and with another customer nonetheless. She rushed completely because everyone else was leaving even with my appointment being an hour and a half before closing time. She also didn’t even cut my hair evenly. She left one side longer. She also told me not to dye my hair the color I did, as if her hair wasn’t a brighter red than mine. Only difference, I used a box. They just lost a client of 4 years.
I would give this salon no stars if I could. The worst experience of my life. I found the salon on Groupon but was instructed not to purchase and they would honor the price. I got there at 10 am appointment for an extension installation. I brought my own very expensive extensions from glam seamless. I took the extensions out of the box and realized that the color blond didn’t exactly match my own hair. I asked the girl if she could tone my hair to match the extensions. I went to this salon to get my hair colored and this women i believe she's from Haití she damaged my hair putting a bleach with out my permission
