We worked with Anne on buying our first house, we were coming 1.5 hrs away from Columbus to Cincinnati. Getting in to see the houses was very difficult with the long drive and our schedules and Anne was willing to go out of her way to make sure she got into the house quickly to see if it was worth an offer or not. She knew exactly what we were looking for and we trusted her opinion 100%. The house we ended up buying is absolutely perfect and we could not be happier. Would recommend this agency and Anne Wagner 10000x over.

I had not bought / sold a home in 30 yrs., and recently did both. Anne Wagner was very helpful in providing basic info about the current process, market trends, and pricing. She was respectful of my schedule, timing and planning processes. She was always responsive to my questions/ concerns in a very timely manner. I would recommend her team to others considering buying or selling.

Best realtor in Cincinnati. Anne gets all the credit for selling my house above market value. Knowledgeable, responsive, and will go the extra mile to make sure the deal gets done. Extremely satisfied with working with Anne. Very thorough, explains everything during the processes, answering all questions and setting expectations. Higher recommended.
