Anne is amazing. She’s the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever talked to that understands the big picture and the link between diet and overall health (i.e. disease prevention). I have hereditary high cholesterol and have to talked to all sorts of doctors and nutritionist that just tell me to take a statin (which I won’t do). Not one of them has ever been able to put the whole picture together with the link between proper nutrition and health as the best way to prevent heart disease.
