WORST secretary i’ve ever spoken to not ONE smile no “hey welcome in” she rolled her eyes at another customer when they looked away she had an attitude the entire time felt judgmental when asked about a discount and to break down the total she sighed and didn’t even try to help and stormed off to go get the manager when we walked in and received no hey welcome in we asked about coffee. Wonderful experience! BEAUTIFUL facility! Everyone working there were warm and welcoming. Vanessa was great...personable, gentle injector touch and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
Extremely rude plays! I just called to set an appointment for the emsculpt machine and to ask about some information regarding the service no one knew anything about it even though it is listed on the website and they said the owner and the manager are on vacation so no one is in the office. Not a way to run a business I would not recommend them. And when I ask a receptionist to get a call back she just hung up the phone. Very rude
