I had an appointment scheduled @ 1:30pm, I arrived @ 1:11 sat in the waiting area for 50 minutes. I went to this appointment on my lunch break, I ask the receptionist how long will it be before I am called back, she tells me there’s 2 people still ahead of me and that Dr. Anne Le came in late. I then asked that my copayment be refunded and I left. The staff was really nice.
