She is not a doctor that keeps her word. I visited Dr. Kuan to establish care and to share some concerns of my health when traveling abroad. We had a very clear conversation in regards to her being able to make a prescription for medication I may need when I leave to Europe, this was 2 months ago. Her instructions were to give her a call closer to when I leave on my trip and that she would make a prescription. I called 2 weeks before and she will not make the prescription. Dr Kuan is so good and thorough. I have a lot of medical conditions including autoimmune. I was so impressed how much she knew about conditions that other doctors in the past didn't. She took her time to address all of my concerns. She made referrals to specialists for me and I received a call from specialist within 2 days and her office even called me to follow up on referrals to ensure an appt had been scheduled. I’ve never had a doctor gaslight me until this person. She fluffed off my leg length difference and pain from a hip replacement 20 years ago. She kept pushing weight kiss instead of understanding how hard it is to even walk. She also denied me an appointment after being diagnosed with Covid nor would prescribe me medicine for it. Horrible doctor with no compassion or bedside manner.

Misdiagnosed over 4 times. Thought she knew it all. Doesn't do a good job... If i could give negative stars? Definitely

My visit has always been on time ,Dr Kuan is an excellent doctor and so is her nurse Maria.
