Professionalism is lacking terribly. You cannot get your questions answered. When you speak to Dana she tries to make you feel like an idiot when asking questions when insurance is not my area of expertise also while a baby is loudly making noise in the background. This happened to me twice so I let the first encounter slide but I’m done. I’m changing agents now!
Every time I go to Ms Sparkmans office there’s a car parked there but no one answers
No response told them i was looking for agent i guess they are not intrested in new customers even though they are currently State Farm Policy holders (Sucks)
I have been with this office since the late 1970's. Originally with Earl Wynings, then his son Barry and now with Anne Sparkman. Anne has been a welcome addition. I've always gotten great service and the office atmosphere is very pleasant. Anne and her staff are very efficient and helpful with claims. You could find some cheap insurance but that doesn't equal a better, stronger insurance (you get what you pay for) along with an agent that knows you personally and takes care of you.
