Horrible service they have been stealing from me for months charging me for two vehicles instead of one. When I called for a refund they refused to give me back all four month of payment because they said I added the vehicle on the app when I didn’t. They also said my vehicles have been added on and taken off about four or five times from my app. Why would I do that? Perfect driving record, no tickets or citations. Not even a warning. over 4 years driving record. Wants me to pay $ 400-$ 600 more than everyone else. so much for saving 15% or more.
Stay away from Geico! Used them for years for all my insurance spending $800 a month. I also work at a car dealership where I referred 10-20 customers to them a month but after being on hold for over an hour because of a mistake they made I called Liberty and got cheaper insurance and will never refer anyone to them again. Oh and I waited an hour before looking for new insurance got a new policy and wrote this review and I'm still on hold. I was working with Chris Walus on our home insurance policy. He is very knowledgeable, good listener, highly professional, sharp and honest. Definitely will call back to agency next time i need any kind of insurance. Highly recommend.
