Shaina Watson was at the Blue Rocks stadium representing Geico. Very professional and knowledgeable. If you’re considering switching to Geico, ask for Shaina.
Horrible service they have been stealing from me for months charging me for two vehicles instead of one. When I called for a refund they refused to give me back all four month of payment because they said I added the vehicle on the app when I didn’t. They also said my vehicles have been added on and taken off about four or five times from my app. Why would I do that? Perfect driving record, no tickets or citations. Not even a warning. over 4 years driving record. Wants me to pay $ 400-$ 600 more than everyone else. so much for saving 15% or more.
