We are only in Sedona once a year (conference in Phoenix) and this year has been particularly difficult so we booked massages as a special treat for ourselves. I got four massages while I was in Sedona recently. Anne had the most comfortable table, and probably the strongest hands. I never thought I'd say "too strong". I feel like from a trauma-informed perspective, I could have used more tenderness before going deep. And I would have appreciated more work on the specific area I was seeking release within, considering we had 2 hours together. If you want nothing but solid deep work, maybe more of a predictable cookie cutter massage, she's your girl.
