This was the worst.....I made an appointment a month before, and when we got there, there was no receptionist or Dr to be found....another Dr came out of the door and ask if we were waiting for someone...and we responded yes Dr Rothenberg, ....she informed us that she was not in....we never recieved a phone call to reschedule or to cancel the appointment etc. I immediately called the office and asked them to call me back....no response....is completely unacceptable....the worst experience we have had with an inefficient offi... read more
