I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Hackensack Meridian Health. As a parent seeking a comprehensive evaluation for my child, who was preliminarily diagnosed with a developmental condition, I expected professional and empathetic assistance. Unfortunately, my experience was far from it. Despite explaining that the initial diagnosis was based on a basic screener and not a thorough evaluation, I was informed that they do not accept new patients with a diagnosis.
