Called several times, no help, no call back, never available. Complete lack of professionalism and work ethic.
Worst agency ever, does not return calls, does not complete paperwork, my insurance was non renewed because they couldn't fill out a change of address form requested by the carrier when they were asked by the carrier several times over several months, when I told them that they said they would get back to me, they still haven't called.
On February 27, 2024, I went to Anne Rose Insurance in Murphy, NC to see about getting homeowners insurance. I have auto insurance with Progressive through the Anne Rose Insurance. The woman I talked with never gave her name or business card so unprofessional from the get-go. I was offered a policy through Universal Insurance and I wrote a check for down payment and left the office after being told my home was covered.
