I've had very positive experiences with Dr. Eglash. She's well known as the breast feeding expert. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain things to me. She really wanted to help me and my baby succeed at breast feeding, and we are did! Her staff is very friendly.
I met Dr. Eglash in 1995, when I moved to Mt. Horeb. My 3 yr. old had just undergone surgery, in OH. She provided the best one-on-one communication. When I relocated, the new practice did not diagnosis double pneumonia. I drove 50 mi., back to see Dr. Eglash who, quickly identified the illness, called an ambulance & later that evening, called the hospital to check on my condition, even though she wasn't on call! I wouldn't trust anyone w/my life. She also has extensive Thyroid experience
I got stuck with her since my doctor left town. She is cold and has no bedside manner. She judged me before ever meeting me. I have a rare auto immune disease which makes me feel horrible all the time. I refuse to see her no matter how I feel. I will not let her penetrate my heart in a bad way anymore. I am waiting 5 more months to change insurances to see someone more respectable.
This doctor was very disrespectful to my 82 year old Mother. Doctor is very unfriendly and was not interested in what my Mother said to her. She actually "humphed" and made other negative expressions and sounds. I would certainly never recommend Dr. Eglash for your elderly loved ones. Additionally, my Mother called repeatedly for a prescription that the doctor said she would send in right away. The medication is for severe pain and it's been over 1.5 days and no script. Mom suffering.
