Dr. Park was my Primary Care Physician. I often felt unheard and my concerns minimized, and I didn't feel she always gave me the best advice, but that could be a personal preference. But during a visit in December of 2023, I expressed concern about a lump in my neck. She felt the lump and said it's nothing, that the lymph node on that side is just larger than the other side. Dr. Park's bedside manners are absolutely appalling. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that patient care was not a priority from her perspective. She was dismissive and cold, and that set me dead against her since she showed no interest in what bothered me. I left feeling more anxious and puzzled than when I arrived. If all that were not enough, her basic clinical judgment was seriously lacking. I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment today, 5/18/2023. The nurse called me in at 11:05 am for a routine check-up and left the room after 10 minutes. I then waited until 11:43 am for Dr. Anne Park to see me. When she finally came into the room, I informed her that I had been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes while experiencing lower back pain. My wife went to see Dr.Park on yesterday and she was very rude to her raising her voice and hands at her my wife had to tell her wait a minute first of all lower your voice and don't raise your hand at me after my wife told her that she then apologized my wife was very upset of her unprofessional ways
Dr. Park is absolutely the BEST Dr. on the East Coast. I wish I found her 15 years ago, I would have been in better shape. But I'm slowly getting great because of her motivation. Love This Dr.
