You've cause permanent damage to me that has changed my life forever. Once you took my wisdom teeth and cause massive infections and permanent damage to the areas which I doubt even actually needed to be removed, no matter how many times I contacted you, I was never contacted back for help. I've gone to so many doctors and dentist since then trying to stop this permanent radiating pain that has effected my entire life so badly.
