I took my mom for an appointment and we stood in line for 15 minutes just to check in. Then we waited 1.5 hours to see the nurse practitioner. Our actual visit with Woodruff felt rushed and not through.
She filled in for my doctor that was out of town. She was very sweet and very helpful. I tend to get nervous around new health professionals but she made me feel comfortable immediately! I’d recommend my family and friends to her!
She was very RUDE from the jump, her first words "okay so why are we even here" in the most condescending way possible. Dr.Mays was not available. she was by far the worst fill in RN practitioner we have ever seen. No empathy at all, quick to judge. Left defeated :(
I was not able to see my doctor, ended up seeing her. Very poor medical knowledge. I would not trust her with my care. Does not listen and has zero empathy.
I had a Rheumatologist for over ten years, but he was no longer Available. I was referred to Dr.Woodruff. She was rude to me, refused to listen to my medical history, and since among other things I have Fibro, apparently that means she doesn't have to provide care, despite having severe pain/inflammation. I found a Rheumatologist who was able to order an MRI to confirm diagnosis instead of pulling blood only like Woodruff did. I was cast aside by her.
