Very efficient and welcoming practice. PA Doll was very thorough and professional and listened and encouraged me to discuss my concerns in detail. She engaged me to participate in coming up with best course of treatment. I have answers and a clear plan for upcoming surgery. Outstanding experience.
Consulted with Ms Doll in regards to my interest in getting a knee injection. She explained the process and was understanding of my inquiries. She told me the type of injection i woild receive. She made me feel relaxed in her assessment of my knee condition and reviewed my medical chart of visits to my doctor. She listens to your concerns and addresses the issues
I have seen Ms. Anne Marie a few times but this last time was really important. I had been having problems with swelling and severe tenderness in my left leg in the calf and behind the knee. I was sure it was not a blood clot because I didn't have any redness or warmth but she had a "high suspicion" that it was a DVT blood clot and tried to get me to understand that by telling me many times that she was worried for me and I could hear it in her tone as well as her words.
