Dr Petre has abandoned me. She has canceled many appointments ,this time she sent a letter for me to make an appointment to review my lab results. She has canceled two consecutive appointments and I have no idea what lab results have indicated. I need to find a more reliable doc.
Dr Petre's staff is an issue. They appear not to know the difference between an HMO and a PPO. I had to eat 2 bills because they did not submit the required the paperwork for a referral. When I inquired, I was told by the staff it is my responsibility to run down the referral with the insurance company.
Very happy with Dr Anne and staff! They are good in working with my other drs at IC!
Dr. Ann is AMAZING! I am so lucky to have found her. She really cares and listens to what you are saying. I never feel like a number in her office, her entire staff make me feel like I am apart of their family!
