I never leave a negative review but the staff at this office is the worst I've ever encountered. When you call, they pick up and automatically put you on hold for over 20 minutes. When they finally pick up the phone they are rude and dismissive. You have to get your own authorizations. Obtain your own medical records, and the list goes on. It's such a shame since Dr. Lenz is absolutely amazing.

Best doctor around. She is knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, cares about your child and will always be their biggest champion in getting them taken care of. Highly recommend!
I have tried to schedule a appointment but 25 minutes waiting listen their annoying music and the call dropped off this is not acceptable. I imagine if a need to reach the doctor for any concerns.
