I was recently hired as an assistant at Dr.Hero’s office. I have to say through my 9 years of doing this job Dr.Hero is the best dentist I’ve ever worked for. She treats her patients and employees with such kindness and compassion, and I am very thankful to be a part of her team!
Dr. Anne Hero, her dental assistant Vivian, and her receptionist Karen are all incredibly kind. After years of searching, I was so pleased to find a private practice dentist who accepts Medicaid. I was initially told by other dentists that because of cavities in my wisdom teeth, they should be removed. When I expressed my concerns to Dr. Hero, she agreed that there was no reason to remove my wisdom teeth. She said the cavities were very small and that filling them would be just fine. Dr. Hero and her staff are very professional and patient focused. Very competent. I highly recommend Dr. Hero.
Excellent staff, always diligent and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Never had a problem, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of work! Scheduling an appointment is super quick, and the email/text reminders are very helpful. Great service, great staff - no reason to look anywhere else.
