Twice now I've had to contact the insurance commissioner. 1st time, they were over billing me, and dragging their feet making switches to our policy. This time, my daughter moved from our policy to her own, and even though we made arrangements ahead of time, its been a nightmare. They dropped her homeowners, left her new husbands vehicle off the policy, are billing us both for his truck, and now have sent us to another agent. Without even a phone call or heads up.
