Dr Hseu did a great job with my sons surgery. She’s outstanding.
Compassionate, Knowledgeable. We came from a pediatrician who had been pushing off and pushing off constant ear infections and croup. Our parent instincts were second opinion. Dr Hseu saw is in a timely manner, thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. We have seen her for tonsil, adenoid surgeries and multiple ear tubes. Highly recommend her and Peabody office.
Highly Recommend Dr Hseu, my child was referred to her for a second opinion after an unpleasant experience at tufts for antibiotics resistant ear infections as a baby. After my child’s initial hearing test and exam, tubes were placed within weeks. My son don’t breathe well, he’s throat are to big, and to many ear infection, for me she was so Rude, it was a NO she decided to wait and not to do the surgery even after seeing the videos and the medical record of my son's recurring ear infections, and how little he breathes and the pauses in his breathing at night, the pediatrician who referred to her did not feel happy with her decision and made a note in the system she considers that the size of my son's throat is dramatic and even so here I am waiting and seen my poor s... read more
