She “misrepresented herself as a physician” for a required medical clearance for an urgent vision saving eye surgery and then was disrespectful to the retina institute staff for their requirement of an MD giving clearance (not a DNP). She delayed my care and made me have to establish care with another provider at Ochsner (an MD) so I could get my clearance.
