I had an excellent experience. I found Dr. Avery to be respectful and showed much concern in regard to my well being.
Dr. Avery, was the third Psychologist I saw. The other two where very nice people. However, there was not the connection I had with Dr. Avery. She always showed respect and concern for what we talked about. She was very thoughtful with her responses to my questions and would explain why she responded the way she did. I felt that she was genuinely concerned for my well being and after listening to her responses I would leave the session feeling so much better. I do not recommend Anne Avery. I found her to cross boundaries, talk far too much about herself and make claims that were not substantiated by evidence.
