I booked a spray tan for an important trip and when I showed up, the door was locked and no one was there. I received the confirmation texts for the appointment and the appointment was clearly listed on my account. I reached out afterwards via email and text and all I received was a text back a few hours after stating that they didn’t have a record of the appointment, and to this day the appointment is still on my account.
