I’m sure Dr is fine and kind. But the staff needs to be more professional. I was called and scheduled a time at 1:15 (I even got the text confirming it), then they called me the day before my appt and told me will I be able to make it to my appt and 10:00 am. I said 10? My appointment is at 1:15, they claim that they don’t schedule people out at those times (makes zero sense). So I just asked if they can reschedule and they never called me back to reschedule. Also they never pick up their call. Unprofessional
I love Dr Barnett. Very approachable and she will take time to listen. I really appreciate her and glad she is my doctor.
