Jeff and co have been taking care of our annual backflow testing for the last 3 years and I greatly appreciate them. Jeff is very responsive and communicates well ensure we are always kept up to date when the team will arrive at our place. His son and their crew are true professionals that always wear shoe covers and provide great feedback and advice while on site. I trust them to do good work and we will keep using their services going forward!

Based on a recommendation from our neighbor we used Anne Arundel Plumbing and had a great experience the first time we used them. Had another issue and when I called I was told they were really busy but they came out and gave me some action items and said they would follow up. After calling back several times and even speaking to Jeff twice I was ghosted after that. I had a great experience with Anne Arundel Plumbing, especially working with Jeff. He arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and clearly cared about doing the job right. He installed my new kitchen sink and faucet perfectly, and the entire job took less than two hours. Anne Arundel Plumbing is the only company I will call in the future. I called to schedule an annual backflow test and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. The price was very reasonable compared to other plumbers I contacted, and Jeff and his son were extremely responsive throughout the entire process.

I am glad I started using this company after purchasing a new home in Pasadena. I started using them initially for my annual backflow water testing required by the county; they were significantly cheaper than other plumbers I called… I recently had an emergency leak and they were beyond excellent! Jeff & the company saved me and my house by also connecting me with a water mitigation company that was equally responsive and they immediately came to my house that same day once the plumbing portion was repaired.
