Based on a recommendation from our neighbor we used Anne Arundel Plumbing and had a great experience the first time we used them. Had another issue and when I called I was told they were really busy but they came out and gave me some action items and said they would follow up. I had a great experience with Anne Arundel Plumbing, especially working with Jeff. He arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and clearly cared about doing the job right. He installed my new kitchen sink and faucet perfectly, and the entire job took less than two hours. Anne Arundel Plumbing is the only company I will call in the future. I called to schedule an annual backflow test and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. The price was very reasonable compared to other plumbers I contacted, and Jeff and his son were extremely responsive throughout the entire process.
I am glad I started using this company after purchasing a new home in Pasadena. I started using them initially for my annual backflow water testing required by the county; they were significantly cheaper than other plumbers I called… I recently had an emergency leak and they were beyond excellent! We had a small basement flood and Anne Arundel Plumbing came and immediately identified the issue. After a few bad experiences with other companies, I located them and I have never used anyone else in the last three years. They are friendly, patient, respectful of your property, and won’t cheat you for the work that they do! I will never use another Plumbing company as long as this company is in business!
