Worked with this company for 4 years -- used annually for back flow testing and once for a water heater issues, exceptional customer service. So we started recommending them to all of our neighbors! BUT Something has changed (Aug 2025). Called for an appointment, left a message without a call back so we called again the next day and were told they were busy that day and didn't know when they could come out and never heard anything again. Can’t say enough about Anne Arundel Plumbing. Got a backflow and backup sump pump tested Jeff couldn’t have been nicer. The price was a lot cheaper than others. They are a family owned business with one truck. They take care of their customers. Reviewers need to remember they take their time with their customers. If you want to get overcharged for on demand service go to a big guy. I’ll stick with Jeff and his dad for good honest work abd a price that can’t be beat. Thanks Jeff!
I called this business last year to perform backflow testing and I distinctly remembered that they showed up over an hour late. I figured I’d give them another shot this year for another backflow testing. I called and spoke to the owner and he set me up with an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, they never showed up and they didn’t even call to follow up. Unfortunate.
