Have appointments but no show up, no call. Waste your time and they don't care!
We called Anne Arundel Plumbing when we saw water leaking from our ceiling. They came in less than 2 hours from my first phone call! Other companies were telling us it would be a 2 to 4 day wait. Once here they were very efficient at diagnosing the issue and fixed the problem fast! Very reasonable price!! We will definitely use them again!! Update: trying to be a repeat customer but no call back after trying to call them twice to get help with our new dishwasher. Went with another option for this job.
Called in need of an active leak checked and a backflow test done. Scheduled an appointment to which they were a no-show. We had an out of town trip planned at the end of that week and ended up having to leave without getting our leak looked at. Called again once back home to schedule another appointment. They thought we only needed backflow checked. We moved on to another company. Don't waste your time with this company. They clearly do not care.
They actually answer the phone no VM, provides a reasonable price, convenient appointment, shows up on time, quick and efficient-stress free service!!
