I’m giving 5 stars for the nurses in the emergency department. They treated us like family and took amazing care of my family member. The transfer process to get admitted to another floor took over 24 hours. But that’s ok because we had those ED nurses the whole way. They are a different breed and we will never forget them. I informed the registration staff that I was in excruciating pain and c... read more

He had been stabilized in the ambulance, checked in on arrival but there was no place to put him. As a result he came out with me in the waiting room until they had a place for him. It was maybe 25 minutes before they called him back to a room. Staff was obviously busy but they were skilled, and kind & attentive. They did a good job of l... read more
