Office, assistants, and Doctor were very nice and polite. The office is well run and efficient, my appt was on time and Doctor arrived promptly. Dr W listened intently of my issues and thoroughly explained his recommended treatment. I would highly recommend AA Ent for any ENT issues.
The staff was professional, courteous and efficient. PA Valeri did an outstanding job with my procedure. She was knowledgeable, patient and did an excellent job explaining and then performing the delicate procedure on my ears.
Very professional and on time.
Staff friendly very helpful. Dr Kleiman was excellent and explained diagnoses and treatment made it very understandable.
