I had the best experience I could have had! From the receptionist to the technicians (mammogram + ultrasound) to the radiologist, every staff member I interacted with approached with empathy and patience. Each person was thorough and warm, easing years of anxiety. They slowed down to help me better understand my body every step of the way. Thank you to each amazing professional I met!
I had an issue scheduling online and it never went through. When I showed up they were helpful and courteous and were able to help make me an appointment (there was a cancelation so I got lucky) on the spot. Every single person there was kind, respectful and helpful. It is a really great experience every single time I go!
The doctor and tech both reluctantly did what my nurse practitioner had ordered (and didn’t even do it to the full extent) . They went back and forth about whether or not they were even going to do an ultrasound because they wanted to see previous scans (which I was unaware that they would want). They asked me to describe what I had felt in my breasts/ what had previously been found.
