I’ve now tried twice to get testing done here and both times ended in wasted time and missed work. Their hours are 8AM–5PM Monday–Friday, which leaves a tiny window for tests that must be done before 10AM. No weekend availability means anyone with a standard 9–5 has to take time off every time. The first time I came in, I was told I needed printed paperwork despite my doctor saying they’d have my file. I asked if they could print it, was told no, and sent away. I made an appointment online, and arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed. I was seen right away, and 5 minutes later the radiologist had read my results, posted to MyChart, and shared with my referring doctor. Everyone was nice, the process was efficient, the facility was clean, parking was ample. What else do you want?

hello? Hello? HELLO??? Is anyone at the phone? I tried calling on Tuesday late morning and was on hold for over 51 minutes...gave up. Am on hold again on Friday afternoon. Two phones trying to reach a staff member and only have the horrible music and repetitive response to stay on the line. While on hold on Tuesday I went to the MyChart and made an appointment for imaging but not sure that's what I need. If you're sick or need help rescheduling an appointment—run for your life. I was on hold for over 30 minutes just to change an appointment. What's even more frustrating? Every 30 seconds they play a message saying, “We make it easy for you—go online to manage your appointments.” But when you actually try to do it online, it says, “You can't make this change online. Please call us.” So which is it? Why waste people’s time?

I have been here twice - once for a walk in x-ray and once for an appointment. I have no complaints once you are in the building for your appointment. They are very friendly, fast, made me feel comfortable, and both times I was in and out pretty quickly. The issue is that NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I must have called 20+ times to try and schedule an appointment and somehow I got lucky and someone picked up.
