Their phone clearly says they are open up at 730, but every time I call between 730 and 8am the phone system ALSO say they are closed. Great atention to detail people
Canceled my appointment not once, or twice, but three times!!!! Took my business elsewhere because they prolonged the MRI I need for my knee injury an additional THREE WEEKS. Thanks for nothing!
I have made numerous attempts to pay my copay that they refused to collect in person at the time of service. Their website and phone system does not work which I assume is due to the data breach. The people who actually answer the phone (after an hour on hold) won’t collect payment either. This place is an absolute joke.
My issue is not with the facility itself, but with the completely unprofessional billing department. The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude, unable to answer basic questions about how I can obtain a copy of my bill, and couldn’t provide me with a contact person who could actually help. To top it off, she hung up on me after falsely claiming she had given me the information I needed when she clearly hadn’t. I’m furious that she ended the call before I had a chance to even get her name.
I took my daughter in for a chest X-ray at Luminis Health in Odenton this morning, and let me tell you, we were seen faster than I could say "radiation!" We walked in and were greeted with smiles, and within 5-10 minutes, we were already in the room. Talk about efficient! The entire staff, from the receptionist to the X-ray technician, was not only friendly but also remarkably professional.
