I got sprayed in the face by a water fountain on the third floor my mom had to wait for her 10:45 appointment not a very good location
This location is horrible!!! LITERALLY every time either me or my husband walk in for a X-Ray they claim the machine is broken. Either they are lazy and just don’t feel like helping anyone or they don’t know how to work the machines properly. I never run into this issue at other locations.
Not sure what our tech’s name was but she was so rude to my wife. I would not recommend going here. We barely asked any questions and the tech acted as if my wife was rapid firing her with questions and was blatantly rude.
If you want a great experience for your ultrasound do not come here. Angela (the ultrasound technician) was extremely rude and short with me and my husband. They also tried to say they might not be able to take me because of the time when I got to my appointment on time but they had me waiting for 20 minutes past my scheduled slot. At the end she appointed me to the bathroom and gave my husband the photos while I was gone and never came back to see if I had any questions. I will not be coming back.
