I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Lumini Health Care in Bowie was very disappointing. Communication was poor, staff seemed unorganized, and I felt like concerns were brushed off instead of properly addressed. Long wait times and lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating from start to finish. Patients deserve to feel cared for and respected, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope they work on improving their customer service and overall patient care.
Came here for a 20 week ultrasound, had a great experience. Waited all of 2 minutes before being seen for my appointment - check-in clerk was very nice. Ultrasound techs were super friendly. Only giving 4/5 stars because this office has not put the money into buying the probe needed to give a 3D ultrasound. Had I known that I would have booked my appointment elsewhere. Get the probe!!!
NEVER NO ANSWER IN BOWIE LOCATION.
I got sprayed in the face by a water fountain on the third floor my mom had to wait for her 10:45 appointment not a very good location
