The place is nice. Nice employees. Jessica did my ultrasound. She is very professional and makes me feel comfortable. The only thing will be nice to update their address and suite numbers. I guess IT has to be look it up and straight up in the web and tex msm. Other than that everything it's good. Thank you.
I came in for an ultrasound and was paired with Rose, a radiologist tech. She was absolutely amazing and I truly appreciated her service. She went above and beyond while working with me. I expressed some issues and concerns that I had regarding my health + the lack of true medical answers I experienced during this long journey to discovering the issue. She truly made me feel seen and heard. Not to mention, she was kind and quick with her task. I highly recommend her!
Two wonderful experiences at this location for sonograms. Clean, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. Note: for Saturday appointments, the 100A room is closed - go to the main 100 room for the Saturday appointment.
I have always had pleasant experiences here for at least 6 years now. Today, I had imaging done and the person performing it was extremely understanding. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and assisted at every turn. I still had anxiety through the testing, but I had faith in the person performing the test. Clean facility. Luminis health is NOT HEALTH. Luminis provided poor health care to my parents, my brother and now me. Luminis is truly a third world country health enterprise. You get surgery on your left knee and physical therapy and anything requiring further treatment is WRITTEN for the wrong knee. This isn’t one related incident. Luminis is substandard healthcare.
