We had a great experience with Lauren. My mom came in for her mammogram and Lauren was very professional. She took time with her and answered all her questions while making her feel comfortable and stress free during the entire process. We appreciate this.
Check in is always fast and efficient. I've never had to wait for more than 5 mins. The technicians are friendly. After two years of coming to Luminis Imaging, though, I will be shopping around. I disclosed that I have dense breast tissue on my new patient forms. Despite this, each year I'm asked to return for additional imaging. Everything, it's dense tissue.
