My son and I both go here and like the doctors and location. No traffic and is easy to get into the office with plenty of parking. I had an issue with a refill and it sucks to be wrong but when you are, you Def gotta fix it. Orginal review, I had a refill issue and CVS showed me a failed attempt at a refill 1 week after it was called in on 1 of my prescriptions. Starting from check in, the woman behind the counter was on a personal call when I walked in and issued me to wait with her finger up. After waiting for her to wrap up her personal phone call she asked for my insurance and credit card information, I told her it was on file and she said she can see it but she needs to see the physical copy anyways. As an Air Force combat veteran, I felt that the front desk personnel were dismissive, not empathetic, and did not take the time to understand the billing issue I was trying to explain. I did not feel heard or supported. The front desk could use additional training. However, the dermatologist Devon was extremely professional, attentive, and handled my situation with genuine care.
