Had a great experience! Was able to schedule an appt quickly for a problem area to get looked at. They were prompt and extremely kind and helpful. I will be back again next year for another checkup.
After my first appointment, I made a follow up appointment at the front desk. I never received a confirmation text and woke up the day of the follow up appointment feeling suspicious. I called and apparently the woman at the front desk never scheduled anything for me. Not a great first impression on a new patient
Tried to reach out 10+ times multiple ways and never received a call or email back. Was referred here from my dermatologist for specific service. Will be looking for another dermatologist who offers this service now.
And they wonder why their average rating keeps plummeting. My appointment today was cancelled as I was in my vehicle driving from my vacation home to the appointment. You would think that with a big practice like this group, they would try to make something work. Perhaps fill in my appointment slot with another of their many providers on site that day.
