Everytime I come in everyone is super sweet and professional and I never wait long. My dermatologist Katherine is the best always so kind and does a great job with everything! 10/10
Always very professional
Had a great experience with Hillary yesterday. She is skilled and very polite and pleasant while explaining what my skin issues were. I’m returning to see her next month for an excision of a cyst. Will be making all future appointments with her. Note: I didn’t get her name but the lady who was handling numbing/needle was, also, very pleasant and caring about my pain level while poking me with needle. I will recommend this location to others.
I went to Anne Arundel Dermatology with high hopes after suffering a chemical burn on my face. I did my research and chose Dr. Alice He because her profile and reviews made it seem like she truly cared about skin health. Unfortunately, the reality could not have been more disappointing. I had a terrible experience with Anne Arundel Dermatology and will never return. I came in with a clear concern about a painful skin tag that I needed removed. Instead of providing professional care or even reviewing my insurance coverage, I was flatly told that I would have to pay out of pocket because “insurance doesn’t cover it.” When I explained that insurance does cover procedures when pain is involved, they couldn’t be bothered to even check my plan.
