My doctor was great here (Dr. Lonergan, no longer there) but this was one of the worst managed offices I've ever had to work with. The front desk staff were rude (only time I've experienced this) and calling them sent you to a call center that made even getting the most basic clinical and billing questions answered impossible.
Had my annual dermatology exam today and AA Dermatology was professional and thorough and I highly recommend them to use for your general dermatology needs.
I had called AA derm who I have been to for previous issues I’ve had with my skin and these He was my previous provider that was awesome. Yesterday was my first time with Dr. Gamber. I called because I have two skin tags under my armpit. When I called to schedule an appt I told them what the issue was. When I go there they take my insurance- my copay was 40$. When I went to see the dr. She tells me that this isn’t covered and it’s going to be $100 for removal up to 5 skin tags. This should have been discussed prior to coming... read more
I was gently treated and asked if there was anything else I needed. My questions were answered and I was not rushed. I left feeling cared for.
