I called to establish care as a new patient, because I had a great experience with one of there Mohs surgeons a few years ago due to my dermatologist being out on maternity leave and there office used this facility. Unfortunately, the call ctr representative deterred me from moving forward with scheduling an appt. Had a great experience with my semi-annual check-up today. My usual provider has been on leave and the staff were able to rebook my appointment with Hillary Winkler, PA. I was promptly greeted by the office staff, and had barely sat down in the waiting area, when my name was called and I was taken to the exam room. The young man who took me back was very polite, friendly and professional. PA Winkler was also very prompt, friendly and professional. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The staff is very attentive, and Dr. Gamber is a true professional. This practice uses the latest computer technologies, online check-in is intuitive, handheld tablets for questionnaire when checking in, and ease of insurance document submission. Well run practice - so glad I found them for my dermatology needs.
Great experience. I was in at my appointment time. The staff was great. Dr. Gamber took the time to explain everything to me. I didn't feel rushed. I highly recommend.
Professional, polite, efficient. This is the only Dr. Who sees you at your actual appointment time.
