Absolutely the worst service in the county. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they do nothing but lie about everything and they don’t care. They don’t follow through on anything
Crisis Response continues to assist me as I go through the hardest moments of my life dealing with mental health issues and stress.
The operator was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. I never write bad reviews for anything, but when it comes to a mental health service, you need polite people to speak to. Improvements definitely need to be made here.
Major time wasters and they ADMIT that they'll waste your time. Like i called requesting help with a VERY SPECIFIC PROBLEM. They told me they had to come out to meet with me in person. I've gone through that repeatedly with them before and it's always several hours and then "we can't help with any of your needs". So this time I requested to speak with a higher up because I don't have the same time to be able to waste. WARNING: They are liars and something very wrong is going on there. They lied to me and attempted to gaslight me but I have receipts. I fear for my life due to the way they are treating me. I do not have severe mental illness I was referred to them after Community Action Agency wrote me a bad check for housing assistance.
