I was referred to this agency and was given the impression that they would be willing and able to assist my family during the pandemic. I have been in communication with someone named Kenesha Drummond for well over two months now. On July 28th I was told to contact the case manager, Ms. Spencer, which just leads me to a full mailbox and an email address which gets me no response.
