I’ve been coming here for about a year and always leave happy and satisfied. However, I went in today to get my eyebrows threaded and a facial. I grew out my eyebrows to get them reshaped. I normally get them with Anna and she always does an amazing job, but my services were done by someone new today. I wasn’t asked how I wanted them done, she didn’t even ask if I liked them when she finished. Next, I did the dermaplaning and that was worse. She kept going over the same spots she shaved creating more irritation on my skin. T... read more
