I was going here for awhile, however, the last two times I went they were rude and when I showed for my scheduled appointments, both times I was told they double booked and couldn’t service me. Anna was not apologetic and was actually very rude. Don’t waste your time going. The service isn’t pleasant and not everyone is good at doing nails here.
Terrible terrible place, I don’t recommend it
I am a loyal and frequent customer here due to how amazing the service is! Anna always makes sure my nails are both healthy and how I want them! I 100% recommend this salon.
I have been coming to Anna for nearly 5 years. I continue to come back because her and her staff are extremely pleasant, professional and the service is top tier. I even bring my young daughter here as she is treated very well. I haven’t had a service here that I have regretted. Not to mention when I need a nail fixed because I am Soo clumsy lol Anna does not hesitate to squeeze me into her busy schedule. I would highly recommend you come here and see for yourselves. I’ve attempted to visit this location twice before and something always intervened. I should’ve taken that as a sign to avoid this place at all cost. But I was desperate for an eyebrow wax and regretfully let them service my brows. During the service the tech was pleasant and commented on how my brows were sparse at the end, I agreed. Sparse means the hairs are present but not full. So why did the technician take it upon herself to completely remove the tail of my eyebrow?
